BIOT support
BIOT: Baby Logging, a feeding and diaper log shared between parents.
Contact: email BIOTLogSupport@gmail.com with your question or problem. Include your phone model and what you were doing when it happened. We usually answer within a few days.
Common questions
- Sharing with the other parent: Settings → Invite by email, or Invite with a code if their Apple ID hides its email. They install BIOT, sign in and join.
- Fixing a time: tap the entry in the list, then use the −10 to +10 minute buttons.
- Nurses or family without the app: Settings → Create a read-only link, or show its QR code from the Nurse check screen.
- Reminders don't arrive: allow notifications for BIOT, and on Android also Alarms & reminders.
- Deleting your account and data: Settings → Account → Delete my account (details).
